Food Vendor Resources

Once accepted, vendors will be required to obtain and provide a copy of a valid City of South Bend and St. Joseph County Health Department Permits and will be responsible for complying with all Health Department regulations including the proper food service requirements for outside events. For those needing electricity, there will be a $50 fee that will be collected after you are accepted by our Food Committee. Otherwise, outside of permits and licenses, there will be no additional fee to participate.

Fusion Fest in South Bend is a wonderful international celebration where people from diverse backgrounds come together as one family. This unique event gives a space for the community to connect and share our rich cultures…. City staff paid attention to both the small and big details, the vendor needs, access to volunteers, water, and electricity. They consistently checked in with us which was really appreciated.
